Nikola Kasagic is attorney at law and Senior Consultant in PwC Serbia in Belgrade.

Nikola has graduated and obtained LL.B and LL.M degree in Italian and International law from the University of Bologna Law School.

Before joining PwC Serbia legal team, Nikola was a Senior Associate and manager of the Italian desk in the law firm Samardzic, Oreski & Grbovic, where he achieved extensive legal experience in assisting the clients with M&A transactions, representing before the court in commercial claims, providing legal opinions and drafting company’s internal acts.

On behalf of PwC Serbia, Nikola is a member of Executive Board of Digital Serbia Initiative association (DSI), which goal is the transformation of Serbia into a digital society. Within DSI, Nikola is involved in Framework Condition Group which objective is to improve government policy and modernization of the regulatory framework in order to create a stimulating business environment, which will foster technological entrepreneurship and attract domestic and international investors to Serbia.

Nikola is also experienced in personal data protection, competition law, labor law, corporate law, public procurement, negotiation, contractual law and other corporate affairs.

Nikola is fluent in English and Italian and he is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
